Three crystal pieces arranged on a shelf, each catching light differently

Three ways to work with us

Whatever brought you here, there's likely a fit

A table you'd like help arranging, a gift that deserves a little more thought, or a piece that's lost its shine — each has its own service below, at its own pace.

Before you choose

A quick introduction, not a hard sell

Each of the three services below suits a different moment: setting a table well, giving a piece as a gift, or looking after crystal you already own. You're welcome to read through all three, ask us which fits, or simply write in and describe what's on your mind — we're glad to help you land on the right one.

How to choose

A simple way to match need to service

If a table feels unfinished — an upcoming dinner, an anniversary, or a first attempt at formal settings — the Table Setting Consultation is the natural starting point.

If you're giving crystal as a gift and want it to arrive looking considered rather than hastily boxed, Gift Wrapping and Hand Engraving covers the presentation end to end.

If a piece has clouded or chipped over years of use, the Crystal Care and Restoration Review will tell you plainly what's worth doing about it.

Not sure which applies? Write to us and describe the situation — we're happy to point you toward the right one, or tell you honestly if none of them quite fit.

What the price actually covers

Each price above reflects time from a real person — a stylist's session, a technician's inspection, or an engraver's hand work — not a marked-up product fee. There's no subscription and no bundling; you pay for the specific service you book, and nothing else is added without your knowledge.

Questions before you decide

A few things people usually ask

Do I need to buy anything to book a consultation or care review?

No. Both are offered without any obligation to purchase from the recommendations you receive.

Can I book more than one service together?

Yes — many visitors combine a consultation with engraving for a gift, or a care review alongside a wrapping booking. Just mention it when you write in.

How long does engraving usually take?

Typically two to four working days, depending on the length of the engraving and the current workshop schedule.

What if restoration isn't worth doing?

We'll tell you plainly in the written report, along with our reasoning, so you can decide what to do next with full information.

Ready to talk through your options?
